A reduction motor refers to an integrated body of a reducer and an electric motor (motor). This type of integrated body is commonly referred to as a gear motor or gear motor.
Usually, it is integrated and assembled by a professional gearbox manufacturer before being supplied as a complete set. Deceleration motors are widely used in industries such as steel and machinery. The advantages of using a deceleration motor are simplified design and space saving. After World War II, the rapid development of military electronic equipment promoted the development and production of micro reduction motors and DC reduction motors in countries such as the United States and the Soviet Union. With the continuous development of the deceleration motor industry, more and more industries and enterprises are using deceleration motors, and a group of enterprises have also entered the deceleration motor industry. Currently, in the global market for micro reduction motors and DC reduction motors, countries such as Germany, France, the United Kingdom, the United States, China, and South Korea maintain a leading position. The Chinese micro reduction motor and DC reduction motor industry was founded in the 1950s. Starting from meeting the needs of supporting weapons and equipment, it has gone through stages of imitation, self design, research and development, and large-scale manufacturing. It has formed an industrial system with complete supporting facilities such as product development, large-scale production, key components, key materials, specialized manufacturing equipment, and testing instruments, and continuously improved internationalization
overview
1. The deceleration motor is manufactured in accordance with international technical requirements and has high technological content.
2. Space saving, reliable and durable, with high overload capacity and a power output of over 95KW.
3. Low energy consumption, superior performance, and gearbox efficiency of over 95%.
4. Low vibration, low noise, high energy saving, using high-quality forged steel materials, steel cast iron box body, and high-frequency heat treatment on the gear surface.
5. After precision machining, the parallelism and positioning accuracy of the shaft are ensured, and all of these constitute the gear reduction motor of the gear transmission assembly. Various types of motors are configured to form electromechanical integration, fully ensuring the quality characteristics of product use.
6. The product adopts a series and modular design concept, with wide adaptability. This series of products has an extremely large number of motor combinations, installation positions, and structural schemes, and can choose any speed and various structural forms according to actual needs.
mounting arrangement
The characteristics of a reduction motor are high efficiency and reliability, long working life, easy maintenance, and wide application. Its series can be divided into single-stage, two-stage, and three-stage gear reduction motors, and the installation and layout methods mainly include expansion type, coaxial type, and split type.
1. In the expansion type of two-stage cylindrical reduction motor, the gear is asymmetric relative to the support position. When the shaft undergoes bending and twisting deformation, the load is unevenly distributed in the tooth width. Therefore, the shaft should be designed with high stiffness and keep the gear away from the input or output end.
2. The characteristics of the split type of two-stage cylindrical reduction motor: The extended shaft position of the split type reduction motor can be extended from either side, which facilitates the overall configuration of the machine. The gears of the split stage are all made with helical teeth, with one side turning right and the other side turning left, to counteract axial forces. One of the shafts should be able to move slightly in the axial direction to avoid gear jamming.
3. The characteristics of coaxial reduction motor: compact radial size, but large axial size. Due to the large size of the intermediate shaft, the deflection of the shaft under load is significant, resulting in a more severe concentration of load along the tooth width. At the same time, due to the fact that the centers of the two-stage gears must be aligned, it is difficult to fully utilize the load-bearing capacity of the two-stage gears, and lubrication of the bearings located in the middle of the deceleration is also challenging. The input and output terminals of the deceleration motor are located at both ends of the same axis, which limits the overall configuration of the transmission device.
